Independent Consumer Advocacy & Refund Recovery
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much does this cost?
A: Nothing upfront. I operate entirely on a performance basis. I handle the hours of documentation, phone loops, and escalations at zero initial risk to you.
My fee is a flat 25% contingency fee of the total amount recovered. Once the corporation issues your refund directly to you, you simply pay me my 25% share.
If I don’t recover your money, you owe me absolutely nothing. Period.
Q: How long does it take to hear back?
A: Once you submit your secure intake form, I will review your transaction timeline and supporting documentation within 48 business hours. I will contact you via your preferred communication method to let you know if your case qualifies for executive escalation.
Q: What documents will I need to provide?
A: To build an airtight, legally grounded dispute packet, I will eventually need any receipts, booking confirmations, cancellation text/emails, or records of your previous correspondence with the company’s front-line support.
You can securely attach these directly to our intake form above.
Q: Do you need my credit card info or account passwords?
A: Absolutely not. I will never ask for your passwords, full credit card numbers, or sensitive bank login credentials. I only need copies of the specific bills, receipts, emails, or dispute letters related to your case. You keep complete control over your accounts.
Q: What kind of cases can you not help with?
A: I specialize in consumer transactions, subscriptions, travel booking issues, and retail disputes. However, I cannot help with personal legal disputes, family law, criminal matters, tax disputes (IRS), or complex corporate-to-corporate contract litigation. If you aren’t sure if your case fits, send me a quick message and I’ll let you know honestly.
Q: Why can’t I just do this myself?
A: You absolutely can! But major corporations rely on the fact that you don’t have hours to spend on hold, navigating circular phone trees, or dissecting their complex fine print. I have spent years mapping out their internal escalation processes. I handle the stressful, exhausting follow-up so you can get your time and energy back.
Q: What is the smallest claim you will handle?
A: While I evaluate every situation individually, my standard minimum for taking on a issue/dispute is $400. For smaller amounts, the potential recovery often doesn’t justify the time required to build a case. However, if you have a smaller claim with incredibly clear documentation or a systemic corporate billing error, feel free to submit it for a quick review.
Q: The company already told me “no” and closed my case. Can you still help?
A: Yes. In fact, most of my clients come to me after they’ve hit a brick wall. Front-line customer service reps are trained to say “no” using canned templates to save the company money. By organizing your evidence file and systematically escalating it to supervisors and compliance teams, we can often force a human decision-maker to reopen and correct your case.
