5. Contingency Fees and Commission Structure
Get Refund Pros operates strictly on a contingency fee (“No Win, No Fee”) model. By submitting a claim or utilizing our dispute representation services, you agree to the following financial terms:
Payment Terms: Invoices for our 25% commission are issued immediately upon confirmation of recovery approval. Payments are due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to standard collection processes and reasonable interest charges as permitted by law.
Commission Rate: If Get Refund Pros successfully assists you in recovering, securing, or obtaining a credit, refund, settlement, or financial return from a third-party entity, you agree to pay Get Refund Pros a flat commission fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total gross amount recovered.
Definition of Recovery: A recovery is considered successful the moment a refund, credit, or financial settlement is approved, issued, or deposited into your account, or applied to your outstanding balance by the third party, as a direct or indirect result of our dispute intervention.
No Upfront Costs: You owe zero upfront retainer fees or out-of-pocket costs. If no financial recovery is secured on your behalf, no commission fee is owed to Get Refund Pros.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Get Refund Pros or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Get Refund Pros website, even if Get Refund Pros or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
7. Revisions and Errata

Get Refund Pros does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
